[港式乾炒牛河 HK Style Stir-fried Beef Noodles]
我最愛的香港美食,每次回港都例必食一大碟, 太令人回味喇!可惜在異鄉很難找到茶餐廳大排檔的味道, 唯有在家自己煮. 原來也很簡單,用酒樓醃牛肉的方法,牛肉非常嫰滑,大讚!

One of my favourite HK Style Stired-fried noodles, its impossible to find anything like this in foreign country. So, I cook it at home, its just simply delicious and make me feel a bit home.
Ingredient:
400g Rice Noodles (all white flat chinese noodles can do)
200g Beef (marinade the beef: 1/4 tsp Baking Soda, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Chicken Powder, 1 Tbs Corn Starch, 3 Tbs Water)
1/2 Onion, sliced
Some Bean Sprouts
Sauce: 2 Tbs Soy Sauce, 1 Tbs Dark Soy Sauce, 1 tsp Sugar
*if no dark soy sauce, then use 3 Tbs Soy sauce and tsp Sugar
Method: Heat the pan with oil, cook the beef until is half cooked, put on a plate. Then cook onion and bean sprouts until it softened, then add noodles and sauce, mix well. Put the beef back to the pan, cook for 2 mins more, its done!
